About Me

Vijay Pasupathinathan is a security researcher. His interests are in the area of cryptographic techniques and protocols, identification and authentication in computer systems and network, hardware based security, machine-readable documents, electronic commerce and payments, and the use of formal methods in cryptography. His other interests in computing include, networking, operating systems and programming.

Vijay Pasupathinathan completed his PhD entitled “Hardware Based Identification and Authentication Systems” under the guidance of Prof Josef Pieprzyk and Dr Hua Xiong Wang, at Macquarie University. He is currently working with a multinational company in Identity and Access Management, with specific focus towards PKI and its applications.
